Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Goalwit Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Goalwit," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Goalwit Technologies provides IT services including but not limited to web development, application development, digital marketing, ERP solutions, CRM systems, and software development. The specific scope, deliverables, and timelines for each project will be defined in individual service agreements or statements of work.

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the delivery of services
• Respond to requests for feedback and approvals in a timely manner
• Ensure that any materials provided do not infringe upon third-party rights
• Make payments as outlined in the agreed-upon payment terms

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the deliverables created by Goalwit shall be transferred to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the service agreement. Goalwit retains the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance. Late payments may incur interest at the rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement for a period of two (2) years.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Goalwit Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination. Goalwit will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
